Neemuch Mata Temple is located on a hill on the banks of the Fateh Sagar Lake in the city of Udaipur, Rajasthan. This temple is located on a green hill in the Dewali (pronounced Dey-vaa-lee) area of Udaipur. It has both stairs and uphill slope walk way to climb, which is around 900 Meters long. It enshrines the stone idol of Neemuch Mata Devi. There is also an idol of Lord Ganesh and three west facing lions of stone.

One can have very beautiful view of whole city and it’s lakes from the temple as well as while climbing.the wallk is pollution free as no vehicles can enter in the hill boundary. Neemuch Mata is Kuldevi of Dakot khandan of kayasth’s and all the members assemble on the hariyali amavsya for for special puja in front of the Udaipur people. This temple is popularly called as the “Vaishno Devi” of Udaipur. The Temple has a shikhara, out side the inner temple is a Hawan Kunda for performance of Yojna. A circulatory path is attached.

The puja celebrations of Neemuch Mata (popularly known as Ambaji), bhajan and various other observance are held on the festivals days with great enthusiastic favor. Important festivals celebrated are navratri, diwali, and dushhera.
