Gadgets & Gizmos : Sony Xperia M Dual available on pre-order for Rs. 14,490 in India


The much awaited dual sim version of the Xperia M smartphone by Sony has finally been launched in India. The dual Sim version of the Sony Xperia M, which was launched in June 2013 is now available for available for pre-order on at a price tag of Rs. 14,490. Although, Sony Corporation hasn’t yet announced the launch date of the Sony Xperia M dual officially in India, but Flipkart mentions 1st October as the estimated date of launch of the Sony Xperia M Dual.

The Sony Xperia M Dual is powered by 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8227 processor with 1GB of RAM. It features a 4-inch TFT LCD with a resolution of 480×854 pixels and boasts a scratch-resistant display. It runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Sony’s Timescape UI on top. The phone offers dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) support. The Sony Xperia M Dual is even equipped with Bluetooth 4.0, and Near Field Communication (NFC) but does lack the Bravia Engine.

The Sony Xperia M Dual has a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and VGA camera on the front. It has a good 1750 MAh battery that can withstand a day easily.
